MEET THE
SEASON
ONE TEAM
Below are the hard working international team that make VisionKeepers™ possible.
DAN BÄRHAM
Dan was raised in Southampton County, Virginia, where he grew up respecting the land and resources. After many years as a successful businessperson in sales, land management, and investment advising, he realized that financial success alone was not enough to feed his soul.
Seeking peace, he found and accepted a job in Germany that allowed him to explore new ideas and ideals. Dan learned to appreciate the frugal nature of his host country’s residents; conservation and sustainability are built into their way of life. This experience, and travels throughout Germany and Switzerland, opened his eyes and cemented his commitment to respecting natural resources. He realized that sustainability and profit don’t have to compete with each other – both are possible simultaneously! This motivated Dan to change his habits and led to the creation of his television series, VisionKeepers™, which illustrates how we’ve been practicing sustainability for decades, just under different labels.
Dan has always said he wants to live his life so that, when he’s rocking on the front porch of the old folk’s home, he’ll never say “I wish I had done this…” or “I wish I had done that…”. Now, Dan find ways to fill the passions that feed his soul, provide for his family, and give back to his community.
He lives his life answering the following challenge: “We all leave a print on this world. What will yours be?”™

JARED BELL
Jared has spent the last 10+ years making and editing video productions. The first 3 years where cutting his teeth producing (filming and editing) professional videos for weddings, churches and then expanded to creating video for corporates.
Producing media is one of his biggest passions and he has a pretty hefty portfolio of successful gigs. He spent 12 months in Thailand as a volunteer, filming and editing for the non-profit organization, Destiny Rescue, which rescues children from the sex trade. During this time, he produced many promotional videos to raise awareness of this global issue and to raise support for the organization. This was without doubt the most rewarding and demanding year of his life and career to date. And he loved every second!
He has worked with some amazing people over the years and continue to do so.
For more than 8 years he has also been creating websites for small businesses and non-profits.
He is married to his amazing wife Alison, and lives in Brisbane, Australia, with their Golden Retriever, Sabre. Jared has also been playing drums for more than half of his life, enjoys photography and has a slight crazy obsession with F1.
TRACEY HEERS
A writer, storyteller, and marketing creative from Brisbane, Australia. Words are her medium. Tracey gets people reading and keeps them reading with relevant, engaging copy. Her passion is to use her talents to speak up, speak out, gather support, rally an army, and do what it takes to change our world.
Tracey started writing on social justice issues in 2010 when she began blogging about marginalized street people in Kings Cross. To her surprise her blog grew a large following almost overnight.
In 2013, Tracey was able to live and work in Thailand, where she was a senior copywriter for Destiny Rescue and a voice for the children enslaved in the sex industry.
She loves film and has spent many happy years writing scripts and shot lists, attending shoots to help the camera-person get that perfect shot, and hanging over the shoulder of the editor collaborating to create the best possible result.
Tracey volunteers with Project Justice, an anti-trafficking organization in Thailand established by Thai Nationals. Jared and Tracey created their website. They also have plans to complete the film project In My Sister’s Shoes later this year.
She is currently studying Creative Writing at University Sunshine Coast to further her craft.
Tracey loves to laugh and has an enormous optimism for life.
